Your Jobsite
Use hourly wages or your fully burdened labor rate.
Cleanup
If two workers each spend 30 minutes cleaning, that equals one total labor-hour.
Trips to the Saw
Measure the time to walk from the work area to the saw and back. Do not include cutting time.

Calculation Method
Daily cleanup labor-hours = (cleanup minutes per worker ÷ 60) × cleanup workers. Round trips per day = rounds up(total cuts ÷ cuts per trip). Daily walking labor-hours = (round trips × round-trip minutes ÷ 60) × workers per trip. Total daily labor-hours = cleanup + walking. Daily labor cost = total daily labor-hours × hourly rate. Monthly = daily cost × workdays. Annual = monthly × 12.
These estimates cover cleanup and walking labor only. They do not represent total saw operating costs or guaranteed savings. Annual estimates assume the same activity for 12 months. Labor-hours may exceed clock hours when multiple workers are involved.
